Registration workflow

Game Ready's registration system allows coaches to set up events with specific requirements, deadlines, and approval processes. Parents can easily view upcoming events, register their children, and receive confirmation notifications.

For coaches: Setting up registrations

• Create an event from your dashboard
• Set registration deadlines and requirements
• Configure approval settings (automatic or manual)
• Add event details, location, and special instructions
• Notify team members about the new registration

For parents: Registering for events

• View available events in your team calendar
• Click 'Register' on the event you want to join
• Fill out any required information
• Submit your registration for approval
• Receive confirmation once approved
